摘 要：技术转移是实现科技知识产品化、商业化和产业化的关键途径，是推动技术创新和技术进步的重要手段，对于建设创新型国家、构建国家创新体系发挥关键作用。本文以法国科研院所的技术转移为研究对象，从科研院所的机构框架、科研院所的技术转移运行机制、技术转移网络服务平台对技术转移的支撑作用、技术转移激励机制等方面，深入了解法国科研院所的技术转移转化的具体做法，在总结法国技术转移优势的基础上提出借鉴意义。

Study on the Operation Mechanism of French Technology Transfer

Abstract：Transfer technology is the key way to realize productization， commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological knowledge. It is an important means to promote technolgical innovation and technnolgical progress， and plays a key role in building an innovative country and a national innovation system. With the technology transfer of French scientific research institutes as the research object， from the perspectives of institutional framework and operation mechanism of technology transfer of scientific research institutes， supporting role of technology transfer network service platform and incentive mechanism of technology transfer， the specific methods of technology transfer and transformation in French scientific research institutes were understood in depth， and reference and significance were provided on the basis of summarizing the French technology transfer advantages.
